Second - I don't usually - or ever, actually - post unfinished stories, but this is all there is of this one. I have no idea where I'm going with it - hell, I'm not even sure whether to continue it or not - though I have a lot of ideas, so I probably will -- eventually.

"-news, Erik Magnus Lehnsherr, formerly known as Magneto, died in a prison hospital this afternoon, barely three hours after he was extradited to the United States. Police officials claim that he was shot while attempting escape - although dozens of witnesses have already come forward to state that the man, chained and powerless, was gunned down in cold blood when he moved to address the crowd. This murder follows the deaths in custody of several other high profile mutants, including Robert Drake and Scott Summers, publicly known as the superheroes Iceman and Cyclops. The government has previously claimed these deaths were "suicides" and "accidents", a thin excuse, that wears ever thinner given the government's refusal to release any details, or the autopsy reports, to the public.
